A university gold medallist and consistent academic topper, she has also qualified for prestigious research fellowships, including the CSIR-UGC NET (JRF) and ARS NET (SRF), highlighting her strong research background.

Mr. Tom Thomas (Technical Director & CTO )

Mr. Tom Thomas is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of KTS InfoTech, bringing over 20 years of exceptional experience in the IT industry. As a visionary technology leader and the Chief Technical Architect of all KTS InfoTech products, he has successfully delivered more than 400 end-to-end software projects for global industry leaders, including General Electric, Robert Bosch, HP, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Toshiba, Alcatel, and Allianz. His expertise spans cutting-edge domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Device Drivers, and Software Product Engineering. Renowned for his hands-on leadership, Mr. Thomas is always ready to roll up his sleeves and lead from the front, inspiring teams to achieve excellence and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions on time and within budget.

With a proven track record in Software Product Engineering, Mr. Thomas has secured over 15 copyrights for KTS InfoTech’s products, reflecting his commitment to innovation and intellectual property creation. His career spans both startups and CMM Level 5 companies, where he worked with diverse clients across industries. This blend of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, coupled with his mastery of process methodologies like ISO 9001, CMM, and Agile, enables him to deliver robust, maintainable, and world-class software frameworks.

Mr. Thomas holds an M.Sc. in Physics with a specialization in Electronics and an M.Tech. in Computer & Information Sciences from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), one of India’s premier institutions. His academic brilliance is evidenced by a GATE score of 94.21 percentile (All India 81st Rank) and qualification for the CSIR-UGC NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Actively engaged in pioneering research, his "Polygon Crystal" All Optical Buffer (Patent Pending) represents a transformative contribution in research to optical and quantum computing. In 2023, he founded KTS Innovation Labs , a startup dedicated to this patent-pending innovation, focusing on next-generation simulation and quantum technology to push the boundaries of technological advancement.

Beyond his technical achievements, Mr. Thomas is a dedicated educator and mentor with over a decade of teaching experience in Computer Science, Electronics, and Physics.
